ROOTED for Agencies is an online training curriculum your agency can use to provide gospel-centered support for adoptive and foster families.
Christian families, inspired by the gospel of Jesus Christ, are often at the forefront of adoption and foster care. But for many of these parents, this can also bring unique and complex challenges.
ROOTED for Agencies is a video curriculum you can use to equip adoptive families for parenting children dealing with traumatic pasts and other post-placement challenges. It begins by laying out a biblical framework to help parents connect God’s love to their parenting, before diving into practical topics like biblical counseling, play therapy, holistic health, and marriage roles.
ROOTED for Agencies includes:
- 12 month Vimeo access to all Rooted Videos, with teaching from Dr. Paul David Tripp, Dr. Jon Bergeron, Dr. Kevin Peck, Voddie Baucham, Halim Suh, and many more. For remote courses, this access extends to participating families for the duration of their class (up to one year).
- 20 copies of Study Guide per year (additional copies can be purchased here)
- Discounts for individual participating families to purchase ROOTED’s family package and receive permanent access to all content for only $35.95 (over a 70% discount)
If your agency conducts its training remotely, Hope for Orphans wants to make ROOTED work for you. Once you have purchased ROOTED for Agencies, we can send you individual access codes for each family participating. These access codes allow the family to view all videos for one year from when the codes are activated. To request access codes, forward us your ROOTED confirmation email at hopefororphans@hopefororphans.org and tell us the number of codes you will need this year. We can also send you an FAQ document explaining how the remote access functions if you still have questions, and we’re happy to answer any further questions you have.
Accessing ROOTED: When you purchase ROOTED for Agencies, you will receive an email with your receipt and a link to view the videos. We recommend holding onto that email for easy access, but you will also be able to access them by signing in at our online courses page.
